ORIGINAL POST, JAN. 6, 11:32 A.M.: The fight of Tito Ortiz's life may not be in the octagon, but rather in the courthouse, where the “Bad Boy of Huntington Beach” has so far managed to win custody of his twin sons away from his hot mess baby mama ex, Jenna Jameson. But after being able to point to the porn royal's drug abuse, erratic behavior and Orange County drunken-driving history, the UFC legend is now dealing with own DUI arrest this morning.

Ortiz was arrested for suspected misdemeanor DUI after a non-injury, 3:50 a.m. crash on the northbound 5 freeway in the West Los Angeles area, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

The 38-year-old was driving his 2012 Porsche Panamera on the freeway “when he lost control of his vehicle and struck the concrete center median” south of Santa Monica Boulevard, the CHP reported.

The Porsche sustained moderate right front and right rear damage, but Ortiz and an unnamed passenger were not hurt, according to the CHP.

After it was determined the fighter was under the influence of alcohol, he was placed under arrest, transported to the Los Angeles Police Department's 77th Division for medical clearance and chemical testing, and booked without incident, the CHP adds.
