Three New Vietnamese Restaurants Open

They always seems to come in bunches don't they: Vietnamese restaurants.
In the past couple of weeks I've observed not one, not two but three
new Vietnamese restaurants opening in our fair county. And those are
just the ones I know about. Who knows what brand spanking, new businesses have sprouted
anew in the Little Saigon culinary jungle.

And it is my pleasure to write about them just as I have in the past.

First
there's Sen Bistro, which debuted about a month ago in Santa Ana, next
to popular Shabu Shabu Bar, no doubt aspiring to attract the same kind
of crowd. The menu is a basic one with fresh spring rolls, pho, rice plates
called tom and noodle salads with bun.  Also offered are bo luc lac on the specials list.

You'll see the same kind of dishes at Saigon De Pho,
which opened inside Main Place Mall not far from Genki Sushi. They also
offer a grilled salmon with mango salsa and clay pot dishes.

And last but not least, there's Ha Long Vietnamese Cuisine in
Irvine, located next to the Subway at Crossroads Plaza in Irvine. This
one appears to be a food-to-go shop for now, specializing in banh mi
with bread baked in-store and smoothies.
