This Week In Food: The Best Burrito in America, Our Falasophy, and Making Charles Eat the Hottest Pepper in the World

Hello ladies and germs, it's time for another food round up. Let's take a look at what happened this week.

Edwin visited Boldo Bol and ate more rice and veggies than he thought humanly possible. He announced the opening of a new bar and grill in the old “Battle of the Dance” building in Anaheim, and he showed us a very sad and disturbing video of what could go wrong at a table-top BBQ restaurant.

Charles and I collaborated on a video, wherein Charles eats the hottest pepper on earth. I think it's pretty sexy, but I'm partial. Charles also announced Taco Bell's biscuit breakfast taco (ugh) and a James Beard preview dinner that will be held at the Clay Oven in Irvine next Monday.

Gustavo ate at India Grill and weighed in on what ESPN coined the best burrito in America. Anne Marie interviewed Alan Jackson of Lemonade. She checked out a new luxe lonchera called Falasophy, and she told us that the Lost Bean is branching to Anaheim.

A new writer, Charisma Madarang, told us about some of her favorite dishes, including the avocado ice cream at a la Minute, the icre at Dunarea, and the milky bun at Afters Ice Cream. Sarah took us to Berlin Bistro for her Long Beach Lunch. And Cleo gave us an overview of Decadence.

Until next time, have a good one, from all of us at Stick a Fork In It!
