It's National Burger Month! In OC, there's no place better to celebrate than Slater's 50/50, which brought us monstrosities such as the Donut Burger, the 100% Bacon Burger and a burger so hot you needed gloves and a waiver.
This month, the Slater's folks went all in once again with the Buffalo Buffalo Burger. The tangy stack features seasoned ground bison (aka the American buffalo) nestled on a bed of shredded celery and carrots. All that's topped buffalo sauce-infused sharp cheddar cheese, grilled onions and jalepeños, and then smothered with housemade buttermilk ranch and Frank's RedHot dressing.

You'll probably need extra napkins for this one. It's available at Slater's 50/50 locations throughout the month of May.
