The Beer Menu at C4 Deli, Our Beer(s) of the Week!

C4 Deli is well-known for their sandwiches that find them smoking their own pastrami, roasting their own roast beef and turkey, and curing their own corned beef. C4 also has the best wings in town and they have perfected the dough they use for their empanadas. All of this is gracias to owner Jeff Jensen and his crew’s constant effort to serve their customers the best and juiciest grub in DTSA and beyond (try their burgers)!

All this tasty fare, but what drink will you compliment it with? A glass of wine? Sure! C4 has bottles of Chardonnay, Merlot, pinot noir, cabs and bords, all delish Fo Sho! But the real treat here is their beer menu. From top to bottom, C4 has one of the best lineups of craft beers in an area that only rivals Anaheim to grab a pint of freshly brewed beer. Ciders, IPA’s, stouts, saisons, pilsners and the occasional mead are always on the menu, and Monday is all day Happy Hour—BOOM. And it’s great at rotating their beers—once one is tapped out, they have one “on deck” to take it’s place.

Port Brewing 10th Anniversary Imperial (IPA 11% ABV) Hops sees fruit and malts come together to make this DIPA a very smooth and flavorful brew. Nautical Mile IPA from 32 North Brewing (7.5% ABV) features citrus notes, tropical fruit and three kinds of hops that leave the bitterness at your ex’s! And C4 even has an IPA named after itself (7% ABV) from Knee Deep Brewing. Knee Deep is famous for their double IPAs, but they toned it down a bit for C4 and made it just right for the C4 club sandwich, a perfect balance of hops and fruits.

And if all this isn’t enough to get your arses down to C4, Sunday brunch offers bottomless mimosas, pastrami breakfast burritos, and always a chalkboard special from Chef Dave para chuparse los dedos. For those who don’t habla, that translates as GO GO GO!!!
