A Sunday morning fire damaged a restaurant in Hillsboro.
Paint Creek Fire Department said workers arriving around 6 a.m. to open the Taco Bell on High Street smelled smoke and called 911.
By the time fire crews arrived, flames were coming from the roof.
The fire was brought under control in about an hour, the fire department said.
Between fire and water damage, the restaurant is expected to be a total loss.
