Couples: Don't get in your spats in public. And abusers: whatever you do, DO NOT punch out a glass door, ESPECIALLY if it's at a Taco Bell. Talk about trashy people!
A Sherman man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly got into a verbal dispute with a former girlfriend at Taco Bell and punched a glass door, shattering the glass, police said.
According to police, Charles Schultz, 34, of Cozier Hill Road Extension, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.
Police said they were called to the fast-food restaurant on Route 7 by someone reporting a man had broken a window and fled the scene.
Officers were able to track down the car and identified Schultz as the person Taco Bell employees said was to blame for the damage, police said.
