Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Offer Screaming $99 Deal on Spring Season Pass

We're supposedly getting a temperature break today from this hot-ass winter we've been experiencing, but either way the ski resorts of Big Bear claim to still have plenty of snow coverage–and they are offering a screaming deal to get you back up there.

You can get what is essentially a rest-of-the-season pass for $99. Not only will that allow you unlimited skiing/boarding at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain for the remainder of the current season, but you can apply it as credit toward a 2015-16 season pass to either the local resorts or the Cali4nia pass for those ski areas as well as Mammoth and June mountains. “So either you're getting a great deal on spring skiing, or you're doing it for free and buying a pass for next season,” explains a Big Bear Mountain Resorts rep.

“Despite what the thermometer might be telling you, snow season in Southern California is far from over,” he adds. “Thanks to some late snow, Bear Mountain and Snow Summit have top-to-bottom coverage, a base depth between 16 and 24 inches and more terrain features than any other resort in California.”

By the way, you can use your spring pass during Saturday's Neff Beach Bash at Bear Mountain, where DJs spin all afternoon and contestants skim, hop, flip and slide across a man-made pond.
