Snoop Dogg's Company Suing The Situation


Snoop Dogg's company Serious Pimp Inc., (which was founded in 1999 by Damian Kutzner with Snoop and Bishop Don Magic Juan), is suing Michael Sorrentino, aka The Situation, for breach of contract.

According to the civil suit, the star of MTV's Jersey Shore had agreed two years ago to, uh, pimp Serious Pimp sunglasses and a clothing line, but “but he never gave it a thumbs-up,
or down.”
 
The civil suit was filed this week in Orange County Superior Court because Serious Pimp is based here. According to the Courthouse News Service, Sorrentino “took $25,000 from clothing company Serious
Pimp, but refused to wear the company's clothes on the TV show under a
“co-branding” agreement.”

According to CNS, “Serious
Pimp sued for breach of contract, fraud and intentional interference
with prospective economic advantage. It seeks to rescind the contract
and recoup its money, plus damages.”
Looking back, maybe Snoop Dogg diss on the Situation's rap career at Donald Trump's roast last year had a little more, uh, meaning to it that we thought!

  1. Dirty Damian Kutzner, yeah, I’m sure someone took advantage of him the way he did to hundreds, if not thousands, of homeowners during his reign of self-serving terror on the mortgage industry.
