Simon Carbajal Rosales' Alleged Ladies Room Videos Lead to Searches by Anaheim City Hall

Anaheim Police are now working with downtown building owners who retained the services of a certain custodial company to see if they can find hidden cameras.

That's because the company employed a 24-year-old janitor accused of secretly recording women using an Anaheim City Hall restroom.

Meanwhile, police are also investigating the images found on the digital camera of Simon Carbajal Rosales in case victims can be found.

And if it can be determined that any of the video taken made it to the Internet, porn distribution counts could be forthcoming, according to police.

An Anaheim city employee found a digital camera in a women's restroom and called police on May 23, according to a statement from Lt. Bob Dunn, an Anaheim Police spokesman.

When officers contacted Rosales, he was allegedly under the influence of drugs, said Dunn, who added the suspect was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct related to the secret recordings.

The 24-year-old had been a contract custodian for the past two years and was allowed access to numerous city buildings, Dunn noted.
