Seal Beach mass murder suspect Scott Evans Dekraai is accused of going a little decray-cray at Theo Lacy Facility and having to be pepper-sprayed and restrained, according to jailers.
The drama is said to have begun when the Huntington Beach 44-year-old, upset that he was segregated from the general population, threw objects at a protective window, reports the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

The department, whose deputies man and run county jails, say Dekraai is kept away from other inmates for his own protection.
No one was injured during the incident, but deputies say Dekraai was transferred to the medical ward for mental evaluation.
Upset with his ex-wife over child custody and other issues, Dekraai is alleged to have shot up her workplace, Salon Meritage, on Oct. 12, 2011, killing her, seven others and nearly taking the life of a ninth in what would become the worst mass slaying in Orange County history.
Indicted on eight murder counts, Dekraai could receive the death penalty with a conviction. He has pleaded not guilty despite Seal Beach Police investigators saying he confessed.
The Orange County District Attorney's office recently disclosed the existence of more than 100 hours of audio recordings of Dekraai behind bars. His defense attorneys, who are whipping up a motion to block that evidence from being introduced at trial, recently received from the DA notes, reports and documents from a jailhouse informant in on the recordings.
