Most people around these parts are well aware of the success of Boiling Crab. It is one of the breakout out stars from Little Saigon that begat competitors aplenty since they opened in 2003.
Since then they've gone on to expand well beyond our county walls and even state borders. Earlier this year, they were mentioned in a feature about Vietnamese/Cajun crawfish joints in The New York Times.
Today marks the day when a new Boiling Crab opens in Sacramento–their tenth outlet. So now our state politicos can suck on two things: getting a budget passed and crawdad heads.
