Actually, isn't that close to the Goodwill Store where I take my tax-deductible charitable items? Or is it a few blocks from there? The 2400 block sounds familiar.
Santa Ana cops say they are doing this because such ops deter drunken driving. It's funded by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
