We told you in November about Final Destination 3 star and Pretty Little Liars cad Ryan Merriman getting popped for DUI in Newport Beach.
Now, the Chocktaw, Oklahoma-born 28-year-old has learned the charges against him: two counts of driving under the influence with a sentencing enhancement for blood alcohol level over .08 percent.

Merriman was pulled over after his car was seen stopped too far into an intersection at a red light around 11:30 p.m. Nov. 6. He went on to fail a field sobriety test and was booked into Newport Beach city jail, according to police.
The actor has appeared in more than 25 films, four television series and as a guest
star in several projects since breaking into the biz in TV commercials
at age 8. His other movie credits include The Ring 2 and Spin, and his upcoming projects include Cheesecake Casserole and Attack of the 50ft Cheerleader.
