A Garden Grove man was convicted today of threatening two women with a weapon to receive oral and of assaulting a third woman. Rulin Hernandez Loaeza could get 15-to-life at his May 4 sentencing in Santa Ana. That's courtesy of the jury finding the 24-year-old guilty of two felony counts each of forcible oral copulation and criminal threats, one misdemeanor count of physical assault and a sentencing allegation for sexual crimes against multiple victims, the Orange County District Attorney's office announced.

Around 6 p.m., on Nov. 3, 2009, Loaeza offered to give a ride home to a 19-year-old he met in a Garden Grove store, but he instead drove her to a secluded area where he whipped out a weapon and threatened to kill her if she did not blow him.
Two week later, this time around 10:30 p.m., Loaeza picked up a woman in Stanton. She was also driven to a desolate area where he pulled the same give-me-head-or-you-die routine. But this time he was caught in the act by an Orange County Sheriff's deputy.
While in jail, Loaeza was linked to the December 2007 assault on a woman he pulled by the hair as she was opening a door into her home after arriving late from work. He scrammed after she screamed for help.
