Macho Man Randy Savage died today in a car accident in Tampa, Fla, according to TMZ. Florida Highway Patrol says Savage was “driving his
2009 Jeep Wrangler when he veered across a concrete median through
oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a tree.”
The wrestling legend born Randall Mario Poffo suffered a heart attack around 9:25 a.m., says his brother Lanny Poffo, and lost control of his vehicle. Savage was taken to Largo Medical center, where he died from his injuries. He was 58.

but survived with “minor injuries.” According to officials, both were wearing their seatbelts and alcohol was not involved.
Macho Man began wrestling in the WWF in 1985 and became a superstar with his trademark catchphrase “Ooooooh Yeaahhhhh.” He released a rap album in 2003 entitled Be a Man. Here are the five best musical moments of his rap career.
