The folks at the OC Restaurant Association (the group that organizes OC Restaurant Week) will roll out the card you see above when the event comes around again on February 28th.
Why do you need a card, you ask? Isn't the point of the Restaurant Week to get discounts? Well yes, you don't need the card during Restaurant Week. But it's actually given to you as a reward on your Restaurant Week visit for your use *AFTER* the week is over. The card is purported to grant discounts (though not as deeply as the Restaurant Week itself) all year.
