It's not a free IKEA breakfast, but it's something. This year, like last year, South Coast Plaza will put out some free cocoa and hot cider to anyone needing a little pick-me-up after a marathon shopping spree…or at least they hope that you'll go on a marathon shopping spree after you get something for nothing.
It will be offered every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) in December from noon to 4 p.m. starting December 5th, at the Garden Terrace, which is close to the Nordstroms wing. On December 24th, they'll begin a little earlier (10 a.m.-1 p.m.), but if you're still shopping on Christmas Eve, then I think cocoa and cider ain't what you need. Buy Red Bull.
