Well, I'm sort of both glad and sad to say that the see-saw will no longer see or saw: Chimayo will close down for good tomorrow and will be bought out by Duke's, its “roommate” which occupies the space above it. It's unclear what Duke's has in store for it.

With its once impressive roster of restaurants dwindling down to two, what's certain is that with this development, Culinary Adventures is one store closing closer to becoming “A Culinary Adventure.”
