Perhaps no one is more blown away by a teacher's arrest for allegedly molesting a female student starting when the girl was 15 than the woman's colleagues who just attended her baby shower.
Teachers at Valencia High School in Placentia speaking with the Weekly under condition of anonymity say 35-year-old Rebecca Eileen Diebolt of Brea is pregnant.
Her victim contacted police to say she was 15 and Diebolt was her language arts teacher and swim/water polo coach in 2004 when Diebolt began having sex with her.

It continued–in the classroom and Diebolt's home, after school and on weekends–through 2008 and the former student's college years, the alleged victim told police on June 4.
That prompted a Placentia Police Department investigation that resulted in Diebolt's arrest Wednesday in the parking lot of a shopping center. She was booked into Orange County Jail on suspicion of oral copulation with a person under the age of 18 and sexual penetration with a person under 18. Diebolt, who has taught at Valencia since 2003, made bail and was released this morning.
