The documentary, which was written and directed by Rick's wife Ann Chatillon, is on Newport Beach's surfing pioneers who congregated at the 22nd Street breaks (now known as Blackies) in the late 1950s-early '60s. Marshall, a 22nd Street surfer himself, is the son of the late movie and television
composer Jack Marshall and brother of big-budget movie producer and
fellow Harbor High grad Frank Marshall. The Living It Forever composer insisted that the musicians also come from Harbor High, which Rick
