See, the 20-year-old professional skateboarder has been slapped with citations for loud parties at his San Juan Capistrano home before, but the hearings keep getting delayed because subsequent bashes bring more complaints from neighbors and more citations from sheriff's deputies.
Surely some folks on Hilltop Way are ready to put the skateboarder and Justin Bieber in Richard Branson's next spaceship and send them to the moon. Huston, we have a problem.

Let's instant replay this puppy: Huston, one of the country's top skateboarders, bought the $2.7 million mansion in September 2013. Complaints about his parties date back to December of that year.
A Feb. 22 blowout resulted in his arrest party for felony possession of methamphetamine, but prosecutors had the count dismissed because tests confirmed the substance was not meth but bath salts, which are illegal to distribute but not to possess in California. Huston did plead guilty to a noise violation for that one, though.
The Orange County Register's Meghann M. Cuniff obtained a letter the district attorney's office sent Huston Aug. 28 warning him he would be charged with misdemeanor public nuisance if the all-night parties continued. Sheriff's deputies tell the Register reporter the disturbances died down through September, and they at first thought Huston was abiding by the letter. Actually, he'd been out most of the month competing and more noise complaints rolled in after he returned home.
Indeed, his originally scheduled Oct. 11 arraignment was delayed when prosecutors found out there was yet another party and complaint filed that same week. The eight counts against him reflect the citations from the various parties over the past year. Speaking of a year, that's the maximum time in jail Huston faces with a conviction, although he is more likely to get slapped with a fine of up to $1,000–or about what he can make in five minutes while out on tour.
