Polish Festival in Yorba Linda This Weekend

We know that the Greeks can throw those yearly festivals in Irvine, and the Turks have their Anatolian Festival at the OC Fairgrounds; but I bet you haven't heard of the Polish Harvest Festival of “Dozynki.”

This weekend's festival will be the 34th year for the celebration at the Yorba Linda Polish Center. Expect people in traditional dress, dancing, music and food, food, food!

Some of the favorites include dumplings, blintzes, potato pancakes, stuffed cabbage rolls, Polish sausage, pastries, homemade cakes and Polish doughnuts.

The feasting starts at noon on Saturday, September 15, at the Yorba Linda Polish Center, 3999 Rose Dr. Yorba Linda,
and continues through the night until 11 p.m. On Sunday, food will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
