The Anaheim Police Department has released an artist's sketch based on the description of the creeper who tried to nab two girls less than an hour apart on Nov. 9.
In both cases near Cerritos Avenue and Bayless Street, the man told the girls he dropped something in his car and wondered if they would fetch it. Fortunately, both declined.

An 11-year-old girl was walking to Ball Junior High School around 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 9 when the man standing near his parked car made the odd request. She just kept on walking, but he got in his car and followed her all the way to school.
A 12-year-old girl called police around 8:20 a.m. to report the same deal: she was walking to the junior high, he was standing next to his car and she refused to grab whatever it was he “dropped.” He managed to touch her on the shoulder, but she ran to a nearby house and called 9-1-1 as he sped off.
Neither girl knew the man or knew of each other's encounters, according to police.
The creeper is described as Hispanic, age 20-30, 5-foot-9, 160-165 lbs. with a dark complexion, brown curly hair to his collar and clean shaven, That day he was wearing a white t-shirt and light colored jeans, and he spoke to the girls in Spanish and broken English.

His car was an older, black, four-door compact with minor scratches on the passenger side. It was dirty and had several tools inside.
