Pee-wee's Big Adventure

The perpetually adorable man-child that taught us how to fold paper airplanes and introduced us to Penny cartoons back in the '80s met a frenzied cult-like comeback last year with a slew of sold-out theater shows. If one thing is certain, the world loves Pee-wee Herman. And we do, too. This week, the historic Bay Theatre presents his first silver screen hit, Pee-wee's Big Adventure, where our brave and spastic hero travels the earth in search of his precious red bicycle, stolen by the evil and gross Francis. Watch and relive childhood memories as Pee-wee wins over a bar of bikers with his “Tequila” dance, gets chased around the Alamo, and meets the nightmare-inducing Large Marge. We know you are, but what are we? Completely delighted.
