PBS SoCal: Based in OC But Soooooo LA

Here's an idea: Orange County should gets its own public television station. What's that, you say? PBS SoCal is headquartered in Costa Mesa? True, but check out the headlines of the last three press releases I received from the station.

Look, hats off to PBS SoCal for covering all of Southern California, excluding San Diego, of course, which has been annexed by Ensenada. But we've got 3 million warm bodies in this county. Surely there are smaller metro areas with their own PBS station dedicated solely to them.

When you kids do start that Orange County-only PBS station, can you import all the Canadian shows over the years from The Newsroom's Ken Finkleman?
