As the snow melts from the crochet needles and die-cut machines, crafters and DIY-ers slowly awake from their post-Christmas hibernation—it's time for the Patchwork Spring 2012 Indie Art and Craft Festival! Presented by Grand Central Art Center and Road Less Traveled, the craft fest features more than 100 artsy vendors hocking everything from jewelry and handbags to home goods and homemade candles and soaps. Also on hand are a slew of gourmet food trucks and local musicians playing both acoustic tunes and electronic tracks. Plus, there's a DIY craft booth just for kiddies, eco-friendly gift wrapping stations and doggie caricature artists. It's a celebration of all things flora, fauna, varnish and glitter—don't miss the creative craft event of the season.
