On the Line: Danny Godinez of Anepalco's Cafe, Third Part!

We have heard Anepalco's Cafe chef Danny Godinez in two interviews this week. After the jump, a recipe for tuna salad, which my chica inhales in about three minutes.

-Tuna Salad-

INGREDIENTS:

Tuna Chunks

Celery

Red Onion
Lime Juice
Lemon Zest
Green Grapes

Homemade Mayo

Salt

Procedure:

1) Chop the red onion and celery.

2) Cut grapes in halves.

3) Mix all the ingredients.

4) Add salt to taste.
