Korean shaved ice, called patbingsu, can be had all over OC. I've had decent ones at Paris Baguette and Cafe 7th Home. Now there's a shop that specifically focuses on serving it. Okbingsul opened in Fullerton at the corner of Brookhurst and Orangethorpe, a plaza anchored by a Korean grocery store called AR Mart.

Like other patbingsu specialists such as Sul N Beans in LA, Okbingsul serves its shaved rice in gigantic bowls decorated with fruits, cheese and sweetened red beans. Dessert toasts are also offered.
