Octomom Nadya Suleman Staves Off Foreclose Thanks to Her “Corporation”

The yard sale, celebrity bartending and photo ops for cash paid off for Octomom Nadya Suleman, who raised enough to remain in her three-ring La Habra home through at least the end of the month, various gossip sites are reporting.

Interestingly, the mother of 14 also confirmed that she does not make house payments but her “corporation” does. Perhaps she can advise other single moms about forming corporations to stave off creditors.

The FUNdraising never stops for Octomom, whether it's a bar appearance, yard sale or PETA-sign hanging at her La Habra home.

Suleman made the claim during an on-air call to KROQ's Kevin and Bean Show this morning, when she announced she is “current” on her house payments.

Amer Haddadin, the holder of the deed to Suleman's La Habra home, confirmed that she handed over a check to cover September and October, that he had a “very constructive meeting” with her attorneys and that he granted her an extension on a $450,000 balloon payment that was due on Saturday.

But during the Kevin and Bean interview, Suleman also accused Haddadin of having previously exaggerated her mortgage woes.

“I'm the owner–the house is under my corporation's name,” she said. “I bought the
house. I think he wanted some publicity like everyone else
and their brother. He's sensationalizing this.”

Haddadin responded
to Suleman's claims of owning the house via RadarOnline.com, saying, “I don't think she
understands the way things work. In order to own something, you have to
pay in full.”

Meanwhile, Octomom also told the radio hosts she will “never, never” do porn for cash despite offers of $500,000 and $1 million from Vivid Entertainment.

“From the very beginning, they offered me $1 million–to a mother of
many . . . many, who's been celibate for over 10 years,” she said. “I didn't have sex
to get pregnant! It's gross in every which way. I have
to be very mindful of every choice I make [for my children].”

Wonder if that includes the choices to get plastic surgery, manicures, pedicures and massages while avoiding a nearly half-million-dollar balloon payment?
