Octomom Goes Through With PETA Stunt

As promised, Octomom Nadya Suleman today unveiled an ironic poster from the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) outside her La Habra home.

In exchange for serving as the butt of the joke and sharing some of her self-generated spotlight with PETA, Suleman is to be paid $5,000 and enough veggie dogs and veggie burgers to feed the single mom and her in-vitro'd brood of 14 kids for a month.

As you can see on the left, the sign reads, “Don't let your dog or cat become an 'octomom,'” with “Always spay or neuter” next to the PETA logo.

Sorta makes one wish the message about spaying or neutering was pointing at the home–especially in light of Octo-womb recently telling Oprah she is open to pumping out more litters.

By the way, Suleman's lawyer, Jeff Czech, originally told CNN he was offended PETA compared Suleman
to a cat, but that Octo-ATM was open to the idea if the price was right.

It apparently was, especially as she was facing home foreclosure after missing a $450,000 payment. Czech cut a deal with her note holder last month to keep the gossip ragster and her offspring in the pad.

PETA says news of the Octomom sign stunt prompted many people to offer to put the mini-billboards up at their own homes. Signs are available to the first 100 who sign up here.
