Obesity Prevention Through the Life Span: Reflections of the Past and Visions for the Future

Cal State Fullerton wants to talk about the elephant in the room. And we're not referring to Tuffy the Titan here. Put simply, Americans are a bunch of fat asses. No doubt the intellectuals behind CSUF's latest symposium “Obesity Prevention Through the Lifespan: Reflections of the Past and Visions of the Future” will find a more professorial way to say it. Organized by the College of Health and Human Development Dean Shari McMahan, the eight-hour event focuses on obesity prevention and intervention projects as well as increasing collaboration on such projects between students and faculty members. We're burning calories just thinking about it.
