Snooze A.M. Eatery, a Denver-based breakfast joint, has opened at Tustin Marketplace. Snooze is known for a whole menu section of Benedicts, everyone of them doused in different flavors of Hollandaise such as roasted poblano and smoked cheddar.

Public Steak in Santa Ana which took over the space from 8 Steers in Santa Ana in April has now turned into The Scotchery, which is also a steakhouse. It boasts a 40-ounce Tomahawk and, according to its website, is “constantly building” its collection of Scotch.

The Japanese fried chicken restaurant Tenkatori Karaage which debuted in Gardena last year has opened a store in Costa Mesa. It takes over the space recently vacated by Sushi Box at the corner of Bristol and Baker.

Another poke joint has opened. This time it’s in Dana Point. Tuna Block Poke boasts a chef who worked with Roy Choi. The press release says that it offers poke bowls, natural juice beverages and free skateboard parking.
