We were so excited: Contrary to what The Orange County Register reported earlier, there IS a Rebecca Black mall tour, kicking off on April 19 at Los Angeles' Hollywood & Highland Center. The three-month tour–her first series of live performances–will take her across the country, from malls in Salt Lake City to Washington, D.C., according to Zap2it.
