To Do This Weekend 6/19-6/21

Tree Huggers Ball and Go Green Expo, Saturday, 6 p.m.

Canyon Land Conservation Fund works year-round to preserve the last of
the wilderness within OC's Cleveland National Forest, so check out this
hip eco-outfit and arrange a romantic summer evening at the Fifth
Annual Tree Hugger's Ball, hosted by groovy canyon folk who are
stewards of this land. They'll serve dinner under the stars and the oak
canopy, complete with dancing and, yes, exhibitors of eco-friendly
products to make everybody smart and energy-efficient.

Blackstar Ranch, 27912 Baker Canyon Road, Silverado, CA

Giant Paintball Park, Friday, 4-9 p.m.

There's no substitute for coming home after a long hard days work,
slipping into some fat pants and picking up the good ol' remote control
for a rousing game of Halo 2, Gears of War, or Red Dead Revolver on
your Xbox. There's just something about first person shooter
games–blasting away the opponent with an imaginary AK47 then reloading
for more–that makes the heart sing. Now you can experience the real
thing (death free!) at the newly constructed third season of the Giant
Paintball Park at OC Fairgrounds. It's the perfect way to combine that
passion for fat pants, guns and hurting your friends all while loosing
the pronounced gut you've obtained after years of holding that

OC Fairgrounds, 88 Fair Dr., Costa Mesa, CA; 714-708-1500

Dad's Day Beer Brunch, Sunday, 9 a.m.

This year why not give your father something he'd actually enjoy? Well, Dad's Day Beer Brunch features a two-hour yacht cruise along Newport
Harbor, free-flowing bubblies and beers, and a three-course meal. Plus, live
entertainment is included! Yay!

Hornblower Cruises, 2431 West Coast Highway, Newport Beach, CA
