Award-winning bulldog Bubba of Huntington Beach was reunited with his owner on Christmas Eve.

Breeder/owner Richard Truong, who had offered a $2,000 reward for the stud's return, was contacted by men who apparently took Bubba in Santa Ana. That led to a meeting that included police officers and the safe transfer of Bubba to Truong, reports the Orange County Register. Police are apparently still investigating how the temporary masters acquired Bubba.
Around 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 15, Bubba apparently wandered out the door of MK Printing at North
Sullivan and West First streets in Santa Ana, where Truong works. Witnesses reported having seen two men trying to lure the show dog into a car.
Bubba recently took second place in the Eukanuba Dog Show in Long Beach. According to Surf City Bulldogs, he was born on May 19, 2008, the first and biggest dog among a litter of eight. He possesses “an incredible jaw,” say his breeders.
That's not all Bubba is known for. Seems someone has a thing for the ladies: “If he is not licking
women's legs
then he is sleeping under a chair at work or sunbathing at home.” He's also “available for stud to approved
bitches.”
Awwwwww, yeah!
