Tomorrow is the last day as a federal prosecutor for Ken Julian, co-counsel in the successful prosecution of ex-Orange County Sheriff Mike Carona. Julian is joining the powerhouse private firm Manatt, Phelps N Phillips, he recently announced to fellow Department of Justice colleagues inside the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Santa Ana. For the last four years Julian worked as deputy chief of the DOJ's branch here.
