See Dick Run . . . Away From Indoctrination Into the Gay Vegan Godless Proletarian Revolution!

Katharine DeBrecht, a Fox News favorite who has already foisted onto young minds Help! Mom! There Are Liberals Under My Bed!, has written a follow-up titled Help! Mom! Radicals Are Ruining My Country!, an anti-Obama screed she boasts is “a hilarious and entertaining way for parents to sit down with their children and teach them the origins of the new Tea Party movement and the importance of standing up for liberty and the American Dream.”

DeBrecht explains in the press materials accompaying the announcement of her new book's release, “When public schools no longer teach children about the founding of our nation and spend most of the time discussing the plight of polar bears or creating chants to idolize the President something is terribly wrong. There should be something out there for parents to teach their children the values of hard work, individual responsibility and freedom, and the importance of defending these when they are under attack.”

Guess My Pet Goat was checked out.

DeBrecht's website says the story follows Tommy and Lou, who open up a lemonade stand that is seized by the government. So the boys diversify into the swingset business, but such politicians as “sputtering Congressman Fwank” and “tiara-donning Speaker Queenosie” force the lads to sell swingsets to kids who cannot afford them.

Now that's got a familiar ring to it?

When the swingset, slide, trapeze bar and other industries subsequently collapse, and America is on the verge of an economic depression, “smart-looking” Marxus Obundus, who is nicknamed “The One,” emerges on the teevee.

Hmm, wonder who that's based on?

Actually, the book coyly describes its villain as “an Obama-lookalike.”

You know, in case the slow kids aren't keeping up. Surely the spawn of Fox News viewers appreciate that.

Speaking of Faus, er, Fox, Obundas appears on television every 15 minutes during his rise to power in the book. “People swooned, TV reporters fell in love, and drive-thrus were more pleasant!” states the fairy tale.

But, once in power, “onerous taxes and regulations, 246 czars, and the hubris of elected officials sow the seeds of something eerily similar to the current new Tea Party movement sweeping the nation,” claims the book's promo materials.

“Will Tommy and Lou finally decide to join the other kids on the corner in standing up for freedom or will they continue to fear being vilified by the press and demeaned by Marxus Obundus?”

Another question: Will anyone other than the usual suspects give a shit about this children's book?

Oh, don't worry, teabaggers. The author appeared on The O'Reilly Factor, Fox N Friends and Fox News Live to pump her 2005 prequel, which was also featured on Hardball with Chris Matthews, CNN's Headline NewsThe Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart

Her, ahem, humor is not only an effective teaching tool, according to DeBrecht, but it can be a stress-reliever. “Instead of screaming at the television,” she says, “why not laugh a little?”

After all, that's what they do at the Barack Hussein Obama-Karl Marx Memorial Communist Indoctrination Gay Bathhouse Prius Car Wash Vegan Athiest Coffeehouse.
