OC Reality TV Produces (At Least) 6 Who've Drawn Police Calls [UPDATED]

UPDATED TO REFLECT MURDER CHARGE, CRIMINAL BATTERY COMPLAINT AGAINST JENKINS.

If anyone in Orange County with a Hispanic surname, baggy jeans and a tattoo can be branded “gang affiliated” and therefore subjected to a life as a suspect in any goddamn local crime, then why the hell can't scofflaws tied to reality TV shows suffer similar fates?

Clockwork blogged here and here about the tragic end for swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore, whose friend/boyfriend/husband/whatever-the-hell-he-is Ryan Alexander Jenkins is wanted as a “person of interest” in for her gruesome murder. Jenkins was a contestant on the VH1 reality show Megan Wants a Millionaire. He also has a battery complaint in his past  arrested for battering Fiore in April.

Clockwork previously blogged here about Josh Waring, the son of The Real Housewives of Orange County star Lauri Waring, getting arrested for a parole violation after deputies allegedly found drug paraphernalia in his Mission Viejo home last month. Waring was taken to the same county jail where he'd just served a 240-day sentence for possession of heroin and Ecstasy with intent to sell. He'd famously been turned in by his mom.

Clockwork previously blogged here about Renzo Gamboa, a Peruvian who was living in the country illegally, being arrested on suspicion of felony possession of cocaine with intent to sell. He was popped in the Laguna Beach house of his girlfriend Alex Murrel, a cast member from season 2 of MTV's Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.

Others have blogged–like this puppy right here–about another Laguna Beach cast member,  Jason Wahler (also of MTV's equally repellent The Hills) being arrested on suspicion of assault and criminal trespass in Kings County.

And, of course, there's no beating the master, Orange County's original reality show star in constant trouble with the law, Dennis Rodman

Now comes word Matt Keough, who appeared on The Real Housewives of Orange County, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and evading arrest at his Coto de Caza home.

According to a report in the Orange County Register, sheriff's deputies saw the 54-year-old, former Major League All-Star pitcher drive through a stop sign. When officers flashed their lights, he allegedly failed to stop. So officers followed Keough as he slowly drove home, and they claim a blood test later revealed his blood alcohol level was about 0.29, nearly four times the legal limit of .08 percent.

Keough, who appeared alongside his former Playboy centerfold wife Jeana Keough and three teenage children on The Real Housewives of Orange County before the couple separated, was arrested in 2007 on charges he violated parole, drawing a sentence of 180 days in jail.

The parole violation stemmed from Keough having pleaded guilty in 2005 to felony DUI charges after crashing his SUV into another SUV at a Rancho Santa Margarita red light, pushing the SUV into a man walking his bicycle across the street. Keough wandered away from the scene even though the man required hospitalization. It was later determined Keough had a blood alcohol level 2.5 times the legal limit three hours after deputies located him.

If Orange County's reality TV stars still don't generate enough police calls for you, just toss in the real-life mayhem caused by our local mixed-martial arts fighters.
