Los Angeles Times: Wilbert Dale Garcia, a 49-year-old Orange County sheriff's deputy, is arrested in Murrieta on suspicion of raping and the continued sexual abusing of a 14-year-old child. Garcia, who patrolled the Laguna Niguel area, has been placed on administrative leave. . . .
