Never Burn Your Mouth With A Hot Pocket (Or Any Other Hot Food) Again

Let's face it. We're impatient people. There's no time to wait for hot coffee/pizza//pot pie/Hot Pockets to cool–we want it now, Now, NOW!
This often leads to mouth burns, which can last for several days. But now scientists have invented a dissolvable oral strip that can be directly to the affected area, whether on the tongue, cheek or roof of mouth, promoting instant pain relief and healing
“We found these strips to be non-toxic, which has huge potential for anyone who burns their mouth while eating and drinking hot foods–and that's just about everyone,” a researcher said.

The strips aren't that revolutionary–they're made with benzocaine, commonly used as a topical pain reliever in dental products and throat lozenges. Still, it'd be nice to never again have to do that dance of pain–“Hot! Hot! Ow! Ow! OW!”
