He is accused of hiring the 42-year-old woman for housecleaning
services that were supposed to be performed Friday in his apartment in a
gate complex in the 1500 block of Brea Boulevard. After Delgado greeted
her at the front door shortly before 8 a.m. and took her past several
security doors, she is claimed to have gotten spooked and asked to
leave.

That when 300 lbs. Delgado allegedly went all French IMF official on
her, blocking the entrance and then pinning the 5-foot-3, 120 lbs. maid
to the ground. There, over the next hour, Delgado is accused of forcibly
digitally penetrating the maid,
forcibly raping her twice, and forcing her to orally copulate him twice.
He is further alleged to have threatened her not to yell.

She eventually broke free and ran out of the apartment complex
before asking a passerby to summon help. Fullerton police responded,
grabbed Delgado and got a positive I.D. from the maid that he was the
alleged rapist. He was later booked into city jail on suspicion of rape,
false imprisonment, rape with a foreign object and assault.

The police investigation continues, and anyone with information is asked to call Det. Kathryn Hamel at 714.738.5327. Meanwhile,
prosecutors fear the maid may not be the only victim. If you believe
