What will be posted faster: that an eighth-grade teacher at Nicolas Junior High School in Fullerton may have molested a couple boys or the “attaboys” for those lads.
Indeed, it never fails when we report female teachers have been arrested for alleged sex acts with underage boys that we receive a chorus of props for the males. If it's a man with underage girls–or both parties are the same sex–not so much.
So, we expect the same reader treatment for Melissa Lindgren, 28, of La Mirada.

She was arrested Friday on suspicion of felony child molestation, child annoyance and the dissemination of harmful matter to a minor and booked into the city jail, where she made her $10,000 $100,000 bail and was released, according to Fullerton Police Sgt. Jeff Stuart.
That same day, school officials learned that Lindgren may have engaged in sexual behavior with a student and immediately notified Fullerton police, said Stuart, who added the subsequent investigation uncovered a possible second boy victim.
Lindgren is scheduled to be arraigned April 9 at the North Justice Center in Fullerton.
