Caywood and Trevino are being held without bail as they face murder counts with gang enhancements.

Anaheim police officers, responding to a call around 10:45 p.m. Sept. 26 of multiple shots fired, arrived in the 100 block of North La
Reina Circle to find Magana and Alarrazabal in a red Chevy Blazer suffering from
gunshot wounds. The pair was rushed to a local hospital, but Magana was dead on the arrival. Alarrazabal died days later in what
investigators quickly identified as a gang-related hit.

The “About” section of a Facebook page for Magana, who worked in the trucking industry, stated, “I got three kids and one on the way.”
