It's funny what kind of noises outside will prompt you to take a look out your home's window. A tweeting bird … a barking dog … a pervert jacking himself off …
Mark Andrew Green is behind bars without bail for putting on such a show, although getting the 44-year-old suspected flasher into cuffs did take some doing.

A woman peered out the window of her home in the 23900 block of Juaneno Drive around 10 p.m. Monday to see a fellow jerking it outside, prompting her to alert her 29-year-old husband, who chased the creeper down the block, according to Orange County sheriff's deputies.
The jerking jerk hopped into his pickup hoping to speed away, but the hubby dove into the truck bed. The would-be driver got out and started pummeling his pursuer, who had to flee for his own safety before the truck took off.
But the husband, who sustained minor injuries, was able to provide a detailed description of the pickup, which led deputies and their helicopter overhead to Rancho Santa Margarita, where they saw a man getting out of such a vehicle. He spotted the approaching deputies and ran away but was caught a short distance away.
He was later identified as Green, who was jailed on suspicion of indecent exposure, assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping and obstructing law enforcement. But court records indicate he will be arraigned this afternoon on assault with a deadly weapon or force likely to produce great bodily harm, indecent exposure, making criminal threats and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
On the bright side, prison inmates are always looking for fresh new entertainers.
