A 57-year-old Stanton man, who a Huntington Beach cop caught with his pants down and alone with a 14-year-old boy in a truck cab parked in the Bella Terra Mall parking structure was sentenced Friday to three years in prison.
Mark Aime Brosseau, who also must register as a sex offender for life, had met the boy through craigslist before the sexual assault.
Brosseau was convicted Oct. 30 of lewd acts on a child, contacting a child with the intent to commit lewd acts and meeting a child with intent to engage in a lewd act, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office (OCDA).

The police officer rolled up on the pickup the night of Sept. 25, 2010, and found Brosseau and the boy inside. The adult was arrested at the scene. Further investigation revealed Brosseau had met the teen online in June 2010 and had molested the boy several times before the arrest.
Brosseau denied in his trial testimony that his pants were down and claimed he was just a friend of the boy's. Jurors didn't buy it.
