A man who was the victim of what police suspect was a gang-related shooting in Anaheim has died.
The deceased has only been described as being in his mid-20s, his identity pending notification of next of kin.
Officers were called to the 100 block of South Rio Vista Street around 11 p.m. Wednesday, when they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to Anaheim Police Lt. Eric Trapp, a department spokesman.
The victim died from his injuries at UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange about 3 a.m. Thursday, Trapp said.
No suspects are in custody and the shooting investigation continues, Trapp said.
