Luna Rossa, the Italian ristorante that also recently opened in Huntington Beach's Bella Terra, has put up a banner at the former site of Chaparosa Grill at The District in Tustin signaling its intent to move in.

The small chain, which also has restaurants in Vegas and Palos Verdes, describes itself this way:
…a family owned Italian restaurant chain, featuring modern, innovative Italian Cuisine in a vibrant, cosmopolitan environment. Our specialities include thin crust pizzas, daily homemade pastas, mesquite-grilled fresh fish, spit-roasted meats and fowl, and much more, plus a glorious selection of desserts.
The website also says that they have been “a favorite Italian food destination for over half a decade.”
5 years? I suppose that's laudable. Chaparosa Grill's Tustin location barely made it to 4.
