He is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 2 in the North Justice Center in Fullerton on four felony counts of lewd acts upon a child under 14 and sentencing allegations for substantial sexual conduct with a child and committing lewd acts on multiple victims.

Pineda was a martial arts assistant instructor at Moo Yea Do Martial Arts in Fullerton for about six years.

He went on to coach for the North Orange County Youth Soccer Premier League. He coached the Fullerton Eagles team that practiced at Woodcrest Elementary School in Fullerton and Sycamore Junior High School in Anaheim.

According to the Orange County District Attorney's Office (OCDA):

Between Sept. 1, 2009, and Oct. 30, 2009, Pineda is accused of befriending 8-year-olds John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 and earning the trust of the boys' parents while he was their soccer coach and karate instructor. He is accused of taking John Doe #1 to the movies and fondling him. Pineda is accused of sexually assaulting John Doe #2 on numerous occasions. He is accused of masturbating the victims over and under their clothes.

The assaults were reported to the Anaheim Police Department, which arrested Pineda on Aug. 5 after an investigation.

Since then, three more alleged victims have come forward and the OCDA intends to file additional charges against Pineda at his arraignment.

But authorities fear there may other victims out there and is asking anyone who may have information about the supposedly creepy coach to contact Anaheim Police Detective Sal Enriquez at (714) 765-1972 or Supervising District Attorney Investigator Randy Litwin at (714) 347-8794.
