The last time Orange County heard from the Loyal White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, they were getting their asses handed to them by a multicultural coalition of anarchists and being saved by a Jew. Now, fliers bearing their name, phone number, and laughable message of white power have been found in a Brea neighborhood.
Residents tell the Weekly that the fliers were found on their driveways Sunday morning. “It’s really appalling and upsetting that this type of propaganda has made its way to my neighborhood,” says Adrian Herrera, who has lived in Brea for about a decade. “Being part of a law enforcement community, it hits close to home with everything that has been going on in the news lately.”
Here are the White brain droppings, this time trying to be topical:
Hey, Klukkers: only racist 80-some-year-olds still call African-Americans “Negroes”—and you spelled your intended epithet wrong. Jokes aside, it’s telling that this particular flier plays up anti-black fears in Brea—the city, after all, was a so-called sundown town (cities where blacks weren’t allowed to be in after sunset) right up until World War II, and had only one resident as recently as 1960. But this ain’t your grandpa’s OC anymore, Klan, and the Brea residents ain’t happy one bit.
Now, it remains to be seen if the Loyal White Knights officially claims this constitutionally protected act of stupidity as their own. But all signs point to yes, as the Loyal White Knights have claimed all previous such efforts in recent years in SanTana, Orange, Anaheim and beyond. Besides, this is classic Loyal White Knights: cowardly, done under cover of night, and targeting multicultural neighborhoods, the better to terrorize. Hey, big boys: why don’t you try doing this in Rancho Santa Margarita, during the day? That’s right: Because your fellow Whites would laugh you out of town for the CHAVALAS you are…
